CORE BLASTER £2.50
Come and feel the burn in this 30 minute intense abdominal workout. CORE BLASTER is an excellent way to strengthen up those abs and gain that six pack.
CIRCUIT CLASS £3
CIRCUIT TRAINING is a fantastic workout that’s great for everyone, regardless of fitness level. A variation of exercises will be set out for every participant to tackle at their own pace.
