Want that fitness feeling? This is a perfect way to start your day with this High Intensity Interval Training class. 30 minutes of constant work with very limited rest to get the body pumping.

CORE BLASTER £2.50
 

THURSDAYS 6:00-6:30PM

Come and feel the burn in this 30 minute intense abdominal workout. CORE BLASTER is an excellent way to strengthen up those abs and gain that six pack.

CIRCUIT CLASS £3   

FRIDAYS 6-7PM

CIRCUIT TRAINING is a fantastic workout that’s great for everyone, regardless of fitness level. A variation of exercises will be set out for every participant to tackle at their own pace.
